No Risk, No Obligation
I am a former Marine, who proudly served our country during the Persian Gulf War. I have mental and physical disabilities related to my time in the service. When I applied for claims, it was a difficult process with a lot of red tape, and I had no real assistance. After facing these challenges and being successful at maximizing my VA Disability Rating, I realized I can help other veterans navigate this challenging process.
My Goal is to get you the maximum disability payments you deserve.
A VA Disability Rating of
This is TAX FREE MONEY! You will receive even more if you are married and/or have dependents.
Benefits of working with me:
The faster you file, the quicker you will get your money. The payment clock starts the day you file a claim. Money is OWED TO YOU for the mental and physical disabilities you acquired while proudly serving our country.
"Marty was able to get me thousands of dollars more than I was able to get alone. The compensation I received has allowed me to take care of myself and my family."
In our initial conversation, you and I will discuss your time in the service, and all possible mental and physical disabilities that you sustained 1. while on active duty, and 2. as a result of your Service Connected disabilities. I will then be able to determine if you have viable claim(s). Fee: FREE!
This is our in-depth discussion to develop the verbiage to fill out the initial Disability Claim Form for two (2) Service Connected Disabilities. I will make sure you have completed all the necessary documents and steps in order to successfully file the claims. We will discuss how to prepare for your C & P Exam (Compensation & Pension Examination) for each claim. We will communicate several times during this process. Fee: $250
I will file, on your behalf, the Disability Claim Form for your two (2) Service Connected Disabilities. I will show you how to track the status of your claims. We will review again how to prepare for your C & P Exams. Fee: $250
Once you have your Service Connected Disability Rating, now it is time to file claims for your other disabilities, including any secondary disabilities you acquired as a result of the main disability. For example, if the hearing loss you got while on active duty (Bilateral Hearing Loss - Service Connected) is now causing you "anxiety", then a Secondary Disability can be filed for "anxiety." Fee: $250 for each Subsequent Claim
If I cannot get you a Service Connected Disability, I will return your money. However, you must 1. Respond to any communication from the VA or the VA Contractors; 2. Notify me at least 24 hours prior to any C&P Exam so that I may educate and prepare you for the exam; 3. Attend your C&P Exams; and 4. Discuss with me any questions or concerns.
"I want to express my gratitude and appreciation to Marty and his team at Marty Helps Veterans for their restless efforts in getting me the money I deserve."
Deep down you know you are NOT getting the money you deserve, but dealing with the bureaucracy is frustrating, tedious & a drain on your time. You have decided it's no big deal & you have given up. Believe me, I understand because I left thousands of dollars owed to me on the floor too.
You do NOT have to settle!
I decided not to settle, and as a result, I was able to increase my VA Disability Rating from 10% to 100%, including getting back pay! Through the help of me and my team, we will get you the right VA Disability Rating and compensation you deserve.
"Thank you for getting me to a 100% Disability Rating! I really appreciate the time you took to explain the process, and then help me prepare for the claim exam. With your guidance I was able to clearly communicate my disabilities, and therefore maximize my ratings. You have changed my life!"
