Service Connected Claim Creation
This is our in-depth discussion to develop the verbiage to fill out the initial Disability Claim Form for two (2) Service Connected Disabilities. I will make sure you have completed all the necessary documents and steps in order to successfully file the claims. We will discuss how to prepare for your C & P Exam (Compensation & Pension Examination) for each claim. We will communicate several times during this process. Fee: $250
Claim Submission
I will file, on your behalf, the Disability Claim Form for your two (2) Service Connected Disabilities. I will show you how to track the status of your claims. We will review again how to prepare for your C & P Exams. Fee: $250
Service Connection Approved
At the VA’s Service Connection Approval of more than 0% for either of your two (2) claims, a payment of $200 per 10% Benefit Increase is due once you start receiving your monthly benefits or retroactive payment. Please understand that ALL other VA Disability money you receive for the rest of your life is yours to keep.
Secondary & Subsequent Claim Creation / Submission
Once you have your Service Connected Disability Rating, now it is time to file claims for your other disabilities, including any secondary disabilities you acquired as a result of the main disability. For example, if the hearing loss you got while on active duty (Bilateral Hearing Loss - Service Connected) is now causing you "anxiety", then a Secondary Disability can be filed for "anxiety." Fee: $250 for each Subsequent Claim
